Shahnama is a slice of life, humor based comic series that reflects the mundane situations within a stereotypical Bangladeshi society. The main character of the comic is called Shah (thus the name ‘shahnama’), a boy wearing a red-black check shirt facing all the hypocrisies perpetuate around him. Shah’s best friend is a Shingara! According to the Wikipedia, shingara is fried or baked pastry with a savoury filling, such as spiced potatoes, onions or meat.
